President’s Message
Dear Colleagues, Partners, and Friends,
Welcome to the official website of the Hepatology Society of the Philippines (HSP). As the leading organization dedicated to advancing liver health in the country, HSP remains steadfast in its mission to promote excellence in the prevention, diagnosis, and management of liver diseases through education, research, advocacy, and collaboration.
Our nation continues to face significant challenges in addressing liver diseases, particularly viral hepatitis, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, cirrhosis, and liver cancer. With these pressing concerns, HSP stands at the forefront—working with policymakers, healthcare providers, and patient communities—to push for evidence-based interventions, expanded access to screening and treatment, and public awareness campaigns that foster early action and reduce stigma.
As we move forward, we reaffirm our commitment to upholding the values that have built this society while embracing innovation and inclusive solutions for the future. I invite you to explore our website, engage with our programs, and join us in our journey to build a liver-healthy Philippines.
Dahil sa Malusog na atay, Masaya ang buhay.
Warmest regards,
